Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your order delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. More details are mentioned below.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or physically damaged during delivery or wrong product received .

Customer should notify us by email at mail@tacklon.com within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference. return request should sent from the same email address registered in our website.

We will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.

In case of non availability of replacement product, product value will be sent back to the customer once the item is reached us and approved.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the seller address mentioned in the invoice/payslip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person or address who originally purchase the product.

All the return items should be well packed in the same box or package with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received in store and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
